Barbara Stanley founded her gallery in 2002 with the mission of bringing contemporary Irish art to London. Hailing from Western Ireland, it is no surprise that she is committed to representing the country’s top painters and sculptors.

Barbara Stanley Gallery promotes a dynamic selection of works on its website and aims to showcase them to an international audience. Having established herself as London’s leading specialist for contemporary Irish art, she has recently launched a new print website that offers high-quality prints at affordable prices by many of the gallery’s regular artists. Drawing on Barbara’s 16 years of experience in the field, she offers consultancy services to private and corporate collectors. //

Services offered include art advisory for private and corporate collections.

The gallery exhibits in various locations across London.

The Christmas show at the Barbara Stanley Gallery is now open until 31 December

The annual Christmas group show at the Barbara Stanley Gallery is now open until 31 December featuring work by some of the gallery artists including Anthony Murphy whose work ‘Molly on Hard Water’ is shown here courtesy of Barbara Stanley Gallery. In addition to paintings and limited edition prints, the exhibition also features specially sourced Irish ceramics by Ian Carty and jewellery by Martina Hamilton.

About Ian Carty
Ian Carty’s work reflects an understanding of nature and its beauty whilst drawing inspiration from Lissadell and Sligo, in Ireland. The show will include ceramics from Ian’s Landscape and Horse Hair collections. To see Ian at work on Youtube, click here.

About Martina Hamilton
Martina Hamilton has designed and handcrafted distinct jewellery collections for over twenty years in her Sligo studio. Her early training as a sculptor has influenced the development of the designs she creates.
