Barbara Stanley‘s current exhibition of Irish art features Margaret Egan’s ‘Endless Layers’ (her work is illustrated above courtesy of the Barbara Stanley Gallery).

RIAN – A Journey Through Irish Jewellery and Accessories at the Barbara Stanley Gallery (18-27 Feb)

RIAN – A Journey through Irish Jewellery and Accessories is an exhibition showcasing contemporary and innovative Irish jewellery, accessories and design. The Embassy of Ireland, in partnership with the Barbara Stanley Gallery, is delighted to support this instalment of RIAN, following on from last year’s highly successful RIAN fashion showcase.

Curated by Gemma Williams and designed by Rafaelle Swynghedauw, the exhibition, that runs from the 18th to the 27th of February, creates an exciting and inspirational display highlighting the work of a selection of Irish designers. Coinciding with London Fashion Week, it positions Irish creativity at the very forefront of design talent and style in London and beyond.

The exhibition features pieces from Una BurkeMelissa CurryLAF DesignKaren DonnellanJoanne HynesDerek LawlorEoin LyonsRachel McKnightEily O’Connell, Lynsay Raine, Garvan TraynorMiriam Wade.

The gallery also features paintings from a number of renowned Irish artists including Margaret Egan, Anthony Murphy, Comhghall Casey, Jimmy Lawlor and Gordon Farrell.

Barbara Stanley is pleased to present the Gallery Christmas Exhibition that will run from 18th December to 15th January (note special opening hours during the holidays) at 27 Connaught Street and will feature art works by Anthony Murphy, Brian Ballard, Monica Boyle, Comhghall Casey, Margaret Egan, Gordon Farrell ,Geraldine O’Sullivan, Ken Hamilton , Philip Lindey, James MacKeown, Bob Quinn and Victor Richardson.
