A judging panel will award three Prizes; an overall Prize of £1,500 and two highly commended Prizes of £500 each, kindly donated by the Artists€™ Collecting Society. The winning artists will also be invited to exhibit in a showcase of their work in an international location as part of the Young Masters International Tour in 2015.

The third edition of the Young Masters Art Prize also sees the launch of the inaugural Young Masters Maylis Grand Ceramics Prize. The Prize of £1,500 has been donated by James and Maylis Grand and will be awarded to an artist who shows exceptional command of the medium of ceramics alongside an awareness of the art of the past and the heritage of ceramic craft.

The Prize was founded in 2009 by respected gallerist, Cynthia Corbett, who launched the prize in order to celebrate artistic skill and innovation.
